Visitor Guidelines



Please observe the following basic rules when viewing the museum.
 
Be a quiet visitor
Do not talk loudly and do not disturb other visitors.

Do not touch the exhibits.
The exhibits are extremely valuable and may be damaged by touching. Please do not touch them.

Writing utensils are pencils only.
Pencils are the only writing utensils allowed in the museum (ballpoint pens and mechanical pencils are not permitted).

No Eating or Drinking
Eating and drinking are prohibited in the exhibition rooms. Please store food and beverages in your bag or locker for viewing. Please drink water at the entrance.

Talking on cell phones is prohibited
Please turn off your cell phone or set it to silent mode and refrain from talking on it in the exhibition areas. Please note that Wifi is available for visitors to use the museum's interpretation guides, questionnaires, and other services.

Observe the rules of photography.
Please take photos only in areas and exhibits where photography is permitted. No flash photography or tripods are allowed.

Please walk slowly
Visitors are encouraged to walk slowly through the museum and not to run. If you move quickly, you risk bumping into other visitors or exhibits.

Do not bring large luggage
When carrying bags or luggage, please be careful of other visitors and exhibits. Leave large bags and backpacks in coin lockers or leave large items at the reception desk.

Follow the instructions of the museum's information boards.
Follow the directions of the information boards and staff, and follow the designated route.

Keep an eye on your children
If you are with small children, keep an eye on them and make sure they do not touch or run around the exhibits.
